Our pool is newly renovated, heated, and large with a panoramic view of the valley.

Alfresco is a six bedrooms panoramic Villa, with over 400 sq.mt. of internal areas available for our guests, and it is developed on three levels: the entrance level, with a living area, some service spaces and a bedroom area, with two bathrooms and three bedrooms, each one with private covered terraces and patios.
The First level, the main bedroom area, with three ensuite bedrooms, including one of our master bedrooms with a private covered panoramic terrace and hydromassage private thub in its ensuite bathroom. The ground level has a 45 sq.mt. professional kitchen, a living area, three bathrooms and a 150 sq.mt. veranda, surrounded by trees and lemon trees, directly accessible from the Alfresco patio, overlooking the hills and the valley.

One of the best moments of any holiday is breakfast time, especially when it’s shared with the ones you love. In spring and summer, the weather in Tuscany is unbelievably perfect in the mornings: sunny, but with a fresh breeze blowing.
All our guests love gathering together at the same table and taking in the moment. That’s why we decided to provide a breakfast service–and once our guests try it and understand what it means to have an authentic Italian breakfast served outdoors, they never want to skip it again. Our breakfast service lasts for one hour, and timing can be agreed upon the evening before with our guests, for your best holiday experience yet. Breakfast menu is international, including both continental and American breakfast elements; we also cater gluten free, vegan and lactose free options, as well as traditional ones!

Most of the time, our guests hire a private chef to cook delicious food for their family or group of families and friends.
The food is often so good that same families want to learn how to make the dishes themselves, to learn how to do that at home. So they ask us to organize a cooking class, or even a course, on a higher level. That’s where our cooking classes come in.
Alfresco is a villa for rent that offers classes in our huge and modern kitchen. With 65 square meters, it’s big enough to accommodate 12 attendees.

A journey into Tuscany's most romantic town
Montecatini Alto, literally translated as “Montecatini high”, is the town on the hill above Montecatini Terme. This little town was a fortress and held its own due to its strategic position, the land below being marshland meant that it was very difficult for Montecatini Alto to be invaded.
Montecatini Alto at one time had a protective wall and in this wall 25 Portas, or doors. These doors were actually towers and some of these still remain today. Montecatini Alto has connections with the powerful Florentine Medici family, for history lovers this is a “must visit!” Montecatini Alto is a fairytale village that comes to life in the evening. With the addition of twinkling lights and inviting outdoor restaurants, the atmosphere becomes one of magic and wonder. This village is a beloved summertime destination for locals and tourists alike because the temperature is perfect and there are endless dining and resting options – all of which are excellent.

Montecatini Terme has been well known as a spa town since the time of the Romans. These thermal hot springs make Montecatini an ideal place for wellness, relaxation and even medical treatment. There are three complexes you can visit to benefit from the thermal waters, these are Terme Tettuccio, Terme Excelsior and Terme Redi Thermal Complex.
The Tettuccio spa is the UNESCO World Heritage Site, and we highly recommend a visit. Terme Tettuccio is a drinking spa that uses the thermal waters of a mineral rich spring. The four taps offer waters that can help with diabetes, stomach problems, and other ailments.
If you’re not keen on drinking the water, the location is still worth a visit for its architecture. The terme was originally built between 1779-81, then restructured in 1928, making it a beautiful and serene place for morning coffee and reading the paper.

If you don’t want to drive, we can arrange a transfer for you. Last but not least, you can reach in 40 minutes the beautiful Lucca or – if you are in a seaside mood – enjoy a day in the most beautiful seaside resorts in Versilia.
